Pros

Amazing culture of self and team progression achieving the impossible (as it feels sometimes) Real startup experience Remote working - from anywhere that suits you and your role! Working with some of the biggest brands in the world as customers Working with cutting edge, market leading AI and a team of incredible Developers who blow me away daily

Cons

Tough - a real challenge for sure, I could see this not being for everyone Hard for me to think of something else... you fail a lot, it's natural as we build things, but the wins for us and our customers are huge. If you're not up for taking failure in your stride, startups probably aren't the place to go in any case!

Pros

Working at Replai as a full stack developer has been a genuinely rewarding experience. You get to work across the entire product which keeps things interesting and helps you grow fast on both sides of the stack. The team is technically strong and code reviews are taken seriously, which pushes you to write better code every day. There is real ownership here, you are not just picking up tickets, you actually have a say in how things are built and why. The product itself is exciting to work on and you can see the direct impact of your contributions. Flexibility is great and the team communicates well across time zones.

Cons

As the product grows there are parts of the codebase that need refactoring, which is expected at this stage of the company. Sometimes context switching between frontend and backend can be demanding but that comes with the territory of full stack work.
