Pros

I create my own schedule and they pay on time.

Cons

Leadership consistently says one thing and does another. The company brought leasing and realtor functions in-house and shifted to self-tours—despite recently acknowledging serious issues with that model, including lack of oversight and risk exposure. Within weeks, they eliminated property management roles needed to support these changes, creating an obvious operational gap. At the same time, they’re promoting “white glove” service while reducing the staff required to deliver it. The result is a disconnect between what’s sold and what can actually be executed. Expect instability, unclear expectations, and a high likelihood of turnover—especially in sales and business development roles

Pros

High value services if you own rent houses, absolute best at what they do. Don't give yourself a low paying job by self managing. Leadership has genuine integrity.

Cons

Not a good fit if you overpaid when you bought. Not a good fit if you have a portfolio of rent houses that is your primary income.

Pros

There is nothing positive about this place anymore.

Cons

The company has been driven into the ground by the company that bought RW. They don’t have any idea about what good workplace culture is. They have people in positions of power that don’t know how to actually do their job. They rely on the lower level staff to do C level jobs. The HR department is a joke, they don’t keep anything confidential and don’t care about the employees. If you want to be treated like a number and work long hours with too much work, then this is the place. There is no work life balance. The CEO is in a different country so leadership is little to none.
