      Work from home 3 days a week

      Cons

      Job is too complex and demanding for the pay. If you lived at home and had no expenses then this would be a great job but for anyone with expenses, it’s not great and the positions that you can move to within that position don’t pay much better

      Pros

      My team leader was very supportive, the team in general were great and very diverse

      Cons

      Constant monitoring (big brother), high pressure (KPIs), clunky & antiquated system that barely functions, no flexibility, not the best pay for the amount of stress involved
