Pros

RegASK is a great place for senior engineers who want real ownership and impact. The engineering team works on challenging, meaningful problems at the intersection of AI and regulatory intelligence. Leadership trusts engineers, values clean architecture, and encourages thoughtful technical decisions. The culture is collaborative, fast-moving, and supportive, with smart teammates and clear product vision. If you enjoy autonomy, high standards, and building things that matter, RegASK is an excellent place to grow. Probably it’s one of the best success stories of Singapore.

Cons

Not for everyone. Demands excellence, speed, and personal responsibility.

Pros

Working at RegASK for 2 years was an incredibly rewarding experience. I was able to experience firsthand how startups can evolve and grow with the right vision and leadership. My role has also evolved over time to meet the changing needs of the company, which has greatly expanded the range of skills and professional experience I have gained at RegASK. Even as a part-timer, I had the chance to contribute to meaningful projects and see ideas turn into real products - a truly fulfilling experience. In addition, the team culture is amazing! It was smooth and lovely to collaborate and communicate with friendly fellow employees coming from all around the world. Last but not least, what I appreciated most was the team's flexibility and understanding when I needed it most - whether it was moving countries, transitioning to remote work, or facing a medical challenge.

Cons

Not really a con but more like a heads-up: like most startups, things can move quickly and priorities sometimes shift, so flexibility and adaptability are key.
