recommend - Senior Software Engineer Reflex Group Employee Review

You learn soooo much since it’s a small team

Very long hours and lots of work, it pays off in the end though

You can't even choose a flex because its gone the second you get into an app because the second you get into the app its gone.

I am very disgusted with Reflex, especially as someone looking to make extra income in an awful job market. There are barely any that are posted on the app and get claimed very fast. Even though I put my location as top priority, they have been showing ones like 2 hours away. The second one shows up close, it disappears as soon as I get into the app. So I feel this is very unfair given the lack of access to reflexes. They said this was not the reason for the decision, so what is??? I would also like to note I have no criminal record so I feel that there would be no reason other then maybe my race since your able to but that on the app. I created a new account and deleted my old one because I thought it would be a glitch in the app.
