- Amazing office space and connected to 3 sub-companies. - Distinctive departments and helpful staff - Designated studio staff for a finish cut design and enhancing work on various platforms. The studio is the strength and key for the creatives as they provide a lot of support and final implementation for a designers artwork. - Offices all over the world and very creative environment
Cons
- Designers and some positions are not well payed - A lot of overtime work with no bonus or appreciation - hierarchy in the company doesn't let you grow - Designers are treated like factory workers - Client service department is not that professional and they cannot manage timelines with clients
