      Amazing open-source culture where 'Open Management' is actually practiced. You get to work with industry-standard technologies like OpenShift and Ansible while collaborating with some of the smartest engineers in the Linux ecosystem.

      Cons

      The integration with IBM's corporate structure can sometimes lead to increased bureaucracy. Internal systems and tools can feel a bit dated compared to the modern cloud solutions we provide to our customers.
