      Met some nice knowledgeable people

      Cons

      The manager is lazy and always gone on personal errands when the owners are out. Employees have to cover the slack of management. No assistance is given when asked to get the workload down. Low employee morale. Unprofessional environment.

      Pros

      Salary is competitive, positive team, incentives, true to mission and vision, client outcomes, generally like to wake up and come to my office. Also, the coffee is good and nice staff break rooms.

      Cons

      Having to take PTO for holidays where my office is closed anyway. Parking at some sites.
