Nitesh Kejriwal often gives the impression that he knows everything, but there appears to be a lack of genuine understanding or openness to others’ perspectives. Rather than encouraging his team, his approach can be demotivating and critical. Additionally, the work environment is not ideal—several long-term employees contribute to a toxic culture, and there have been concerning instances where women have been mistreated. Overall, it’s not a safe or supportive space, especially for female employees.

Most former employees have left the company within six months of joining, which speaks volumes about the work environment. In some cases, the company has even reduced the offered salary after onboarding, asking employees to continue at a lower pay than originally agreed. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless someone has no other option. Although the company claims to offer appraisals twice a year, the actual benefits are minimal. While a 20% raise might sound impressive, the reality is that many employees earn between ₹10,000 and ₹12,000—so a 20% hike translates to just ₹2,000–₹2,400, which isn’t meaningful compensation for the work being done. It’s important not to judge the company based solely on appraisal percentages without considering the base salaries.

Work Environment: Friendly and positive team culture, with supportive colleagues if in case you stuck in your work. Career Growth: Yes, you will have good opportunities for your career growth as you will get to handle dedicated project, specially if you are a fresher then you will get to learn alot. Work-Life Balance: 9-hour workdays with occasional WFH options. No salary deduction for occasional 5-10 minute late arrivals, which is better than many Kolkata companies. Sometimes, you may need to extend your working hours for project deliveries. Compensation & Benefits: They offer a good salary along with two appraisals per year, which is a great advantage. In terms of job security, they are among the best compared to other companies in Kolkata. Management: You will receive all necessary documents and your Full & Final settlement promptly, without any unnecessary delays or excuses.

Work-Life Balance: Currently, only alternate Saturdays are off. Having every Saturday off would improve work-life balance. Company Culture: sometimes you may encounter office politics but it doesn't affect your job.
