Pros
RealOrganized dba RealtyJuggler has been in business since 2003. I've been with them for a couple of years and really enjoy it. The company is based in Windsor, a small town in Colorado about an hour north of Denver. It is one of the few "tech" employers in the town, but it feels like other small tech companies I've worked for on the west coast. Aeron chairs, GeekDesks, fun atmosphere, hard work, etc. Sheesh, I'm making it sound like we are in the middle of nowhere. Fort Collins is just a few miles away and has a large tech presence anchored by Intel. The atmosphere is very team oriented / get the job done. Most of the positions are tech support in nature, but respected, if that makes any sense. Lunch is catered every Wednesday, with a different restaurant each week.
Cons
If you are from California and are used to relatively warm winters, living at 5000 feet will be a big shock. Most of the employees are transplants from other states, but for the most part have chosen to live here, and then found work at RealtyJuggler after, so few complainers on that score. The company is small, so it feels more like a family than some companies, so if you are an extremely private person, you might not like it here. Office hours are basically 8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday, so if you have reoccurring family issues during that time-frame, this probably isn't the company for you. The company has been growing pretty steadily, but since the company structure is relatively flat, there are pretty good pay increases, but there aren't the same opportunities that there are at large companies to rapidly advance through the hierarchy, as there isn't one at RealtyJuggler. A lot of what happens at RealtyJuggler involves a lot of customer contact, so if you are shy / too introverted you don't want to work here either. The interview process is very long - I think the thinking is that since the team is relatively small, that we should do our best to find out if we can get along with the potential new hire. Oh, and this is one of the few companies that has a tech support department that basically requires a 4 year degree.
