Understanding management that does its best to connect with each worker. I took a new job that allowed me to advance further in my career, but RealDefense was honestly the best place I’ve worked so far.

There isn’t much documentation about specific processes. By the time I made it into the management team after 2.5 years, I understood most of the work of those I managed, but a new manager might struggle to learn all of that.

HR is very well-run when it comes to understanding each employees’ unique circumstances.

It doesn’t feel like my voice is heard and my opinion is valued as much as I would want it to. It’s hard for them to implement changes to company policy because it takes so long.
