Good pay, always paid on time- that’s about all.

Control room is all full of favouritism, or sadly who is kissing up to who- not based on genuine skill set. You will be verbally abused by opposite gender of colleagues and management won’t bat an eyelid. You won’t progress unless you work a ton of overtime and basically if you have any life outside e.g a family then don’t bother applying because they literally only care about the wheels turning- you will always be just a number.

Great feeling of community within the driving team, clear pay scale for drivers and typically good overtime options.

Very poor management, highly critical of drivers and will often side against employee's if any incident occurs. Clear biast that benefits any driver who is a friend of management when overtime and other benefits are involved. Poor salary negotiations from management who will cut all benefits as soon as any oppertunity arises.
