      Pros

      Great environment and team atmosphere. Very flexible in accommodating time off. Management is friendly and extremely approachable, including executives.

      Cons

      Very faced paced or very slow, no consistent flow. Vacation/Time off typically needs to happen during slow seasons. Not much room for growth.

      Great place to work. The entire team was very trusting of each other and therefore politics was minimized.

      It was a tight ship, so not a lot of resources.
