Our utmost focus has been to grow the internal talent and we always look for ways to incorporate learnings with talent growth. We have world class learning architecture including Leadership Development, Management Development and Talent Development programs. For each level and profile we have learning programs available.
We encourage each of the employees to use these learning opportunities to grow. At the same time for each new role we encourage employees to fill Internal Job Postings and get skilled in new role. Be it vertical or horizontal movement we have path defined for all.

Strong network of dedicated travel professionals at the IC and Mid-Level pushing to succeed despite senior leadership challenges at the very top.

Cons
Adara's most senior leader lacks support from people across different departments within the organization, and many are very frustrated. Seems to value compliance over innovation. Appears to prevent genuine feedback from reaching RateGain leadership by controlling the narrative in their own favor. Many are vocalizing their complaints in private channels wondering how much longer this can go on. Feels close to breaking point.
