Pros
Awesome and easy to work with. All my experiences with leadership from the top down have been positive. They're professional but personable at the same time. I feel like they care about their employees. They also let you do your job and check on you when they need to. I work remotely from them. They're honest and forward as well. I don't feel like I've never been told something that wasn't straight forward. I'm still here and I hope to continue to work with them. I've always been able to get a hold of everyone I needed via phone, text, or email. Def one of the best places I've worked.

I'm geographically separated and I want more benefits as far educational and trainining.
