Pros
You work independently but are part of a vast team with 100% support. Either face to face if need be or by phone and email. Free lunches for the most part as well. Dedicated workspace. Most of the office staff and doctors respect you as a human being and what your job entails you to do.
Cons
People are nosy, and some racism as well. Don't let those smiles fool you. Your work brings the company lots of money but you are considered beneath them and you are not paid the average of the Raleigh/Cary area of NC. Some of the doctors have their noses so far up in the air that if they don't see you fit they will get you fired or make your environment unwelcomed. Will blab your personal stuff to everyone and use it against you whenever you need to take some time off, leave, or come in late. Your life is this job, not your family
