Pros
Great coworkers and fairly laid-back work environment (as laid back as it could be I guess). Company strives to stay ahead of the industry and evoking trends.
Cons
Total communication breakdown between employees and upper management. They like to set expectations that are not even possible given the practical setting. Occasionally you will "accidentally" be dropped from your benefits and won't even know it until you go to the doctor and are told your insurance has been terminated. Company policy only allows for a maximum of a 3% raise no matter what your performance has been or how much more work you do than your peers who are making the same amount. Organization is not common practice.
