The other agents are friendly and willing to help The slightly earlier finish time on a Friday Location of the offices Tea / Coffee provided Nice staff area for lunch and break

Cons

Training was very loose and little background given on the company you were calling on behalf of. Some of the leaders were gossiping about other employees with little discretion Very very quick staff turnover, employees fired with no notice and placed on performance plans with very little help.

Nice office and amenties, good to meet people

Cons

Never feel secure, thrown in deep end, people crying all the time and getting let go and pulled into office, having to ask older people for money even if they say at the start of call that they are sick and cant afford to donate anymore your expected to still do two asks

Horrible owner who ran the place, looks like the company has shut down now due to her horrendous management. if anything pops up with her again, dont go for it.
