The reason to be there is only the innocent kids.
Cons
The owner is very bad and disorganized, manipulative, cheats with the wages, egoistic. He does not have a system and basic ethics to talk to the staff or children. He holds grudge and when we ask for our rights, he will try to do something inappropriate so we can resign ourselves. He does not know to deal with children and always leaves them unattended, makes them do only academic packets. This person is not fit to run an educational institution and does not follow the state laws. He keeps changing things including the contracts and creates a confusion for the staff, children and parents. I will never recommend Radiance for anyone.
