1. Management is really poor, company have managers who doesn't have basic management skills . 2. Hire and fire policy. Have fired too many senior people in less than an year. 3. Employees are full of Stress, Fear, and Panic because of bad management decisions. 2. worst quality coding done by engineers , no one can understand code except the one who has written . New joiners suffers because of crap written by so called star engineers of the company .
