Pros

This company shows on a daily basis that customer service is the key to growing. Whether it is building a cutting edge product, pre-sales honesty, or post-sales support they think of the customer first. This company focuses on providing a real solution to a major and growing problem and they have brought together one of the strongest teams I have had the pleasure to work with to help solve it. In that team there is strong culture of collaboration with the open office concept in practice. There is also the option to working from home (see Con below) using many of the tools for exchanging of ideas in place and used.

Cons

The office is in downtown Portland, OR and sometimes the commute can be troublesome.

Pros

Best reasons to work here: 1. Great people in all departments: competent, caring 2. Clear direction from leadership on what the company’s focus and alignment throughout company. 3. Good development processes

Cons

None really. We work mainly remote so that may not be appealing to some (although we do try to get together in office at least once a month). Also there is very little office politics or drama, so if you like drama and politics… not the place for you.
