      Pros

      Rate of change leads to endless openings for a career. It's easy to stick to one role or jump to the new thing if wanted.

      Cons

      Rate of change can easily lead to disengagement if not managed properly. This has occurred more times than I wish to admit.

      Legacy company trying to turn around, partnership with Palantir. Joint venture with AMD

      Cons

      Poor middle management, toxic and finger-pointing based work culture. Lot of Unprofessional people. Wrong people in leadership— who are way above their head in managing 100+ sales individuals
