Pros
Culture and people are excellent. Like minded staff, all young and vibrant. Great benefits, such as private medical aid fully funded by company, used to be free soft drinks and free food day, and fun events like dress-smart day and hawaiian day. There is lots of stucture and everyone knows what is expected, with lots of training given to bring employees up to speed.
Cons
Performance based on stats, based on how many tickets done compared to your peers. Management is strict on time keeping and lunch breaks. Canteen food expensive and not the greatest. Benefits given at the expense of low salaries, which most staff complain about.
