Coworkers are nice and friendly

Usually not lots of hours for tech

They focus on good optical education.

Upper management treats you like you're not an important asset to the company. Even though you go to work and work hard for their company. When I worked here I had to continuously request for different dates off because they would not approve my (PAID DAYS OFF) This happened multiple times. If you can't use vacation days when you need them what's the point?
