Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience working here and wish I had left sooner. In my opinion, the environment was cold and disorganized. It seemed to me that Ruti (the CEO) wanted to control everything, including areas where it appeared she had little knowledge/experience. This resulted in unrealistic expectations, temper tantrums, and normalized chaos (from my perspective). Don't be lured in by talk of being a part of a growing fashion brand. Keep looking if you value a friendly, collaborative environment and real career growth. Coworkers often expressed similar feelings and were leaving left and right.
