Pros

If you like toxic environments and be treated disrespectfully then this is the right place for you, you can actually learn from this and use it as a comparison point when you land a good company in the future.

Cons

A lot of cons related to this company, they don't have a good company culture because it is based on boot-licking instead of real achievements, the employees always feel threatened by the upper management when they should feel inspired instead, there is extreme micro-management and no room for growing, when they need you to work extra hours they obligate you to do it without extra compensation nor even days off and if you refuse they threaten to fire you immediately, It is understandable that sometimes you have to do some extra hours but the way these people treat you is unacceptable, They also make you waste around 3 to 4 months when you are hired in order to study for a certification but then you have to sign a paper that says that if you quit then you have to pay give them money. And if they fire someone they don't want to pay indemnification they even hire lawyers in order to deny what by law belongs to you. They show off their employees number increasing but their turn-over right is also getting higher.

RULESWARE Response

It is only very rarely that we need to let people go at Rulesware. Dismissals only happen after numerous opportunities to correct behavior and improve performance, but of course, when they do happen, emotions are high. We understand that, and also understand that sometimes dismissed employees feel the need to lash out at the company, and at the leadership team that decided to let them go. That said, I was surprised that this dismissed employee views Rulesware's commitment to training as a negative. Most people are happy - and in fact often amazed - by the many months devoted to their training as we help them to complete key certifications that qualify them to work on client projects. It's true that we ask people not to commit to expensive training and certifications if they do not intend to stay with the company, which is a policy I stand by. I hope this person finds a better fit quickly.

Pros

Flexibility Travelling Open-Door policy for employees Good Bonuses

Cons

Even though they say that we are family but in corporate world there is no family, just employees. So don't fall for "We are a Family" pitch.
