Had to work on weekends without overtime benefits. - No hike for 2 years - No flexibility to take leaves, we could be asked to withdraw leaves even if applied in advance. - Heavy workload, had to stretch and work for 12-15 hours on some days - Lot of micromanagement on assigned tasks
