Pros
1. I was an employee referral, immediately I was contacted. 2. Interview's were scheduled and happened as planned. 3. Received notice to come onboard. "Exciting" 4. First day was given equipment and packet for gaining access to resources. Very well done.
Cons
1. Hiring process was taking longer then I would like, but it is the process. 2. Onboarding always has room for improvement.
