no training hours are given when you hire new associates or management. Your just expected to catch on quick, and be held accountable. I have a hard time with this as people are my passion. I want to see other succeed and know I as their leader have given them all the tools necessary!

Pros
At one time before the merger this company had lots of work and would listen to their field operations guys, of course this is all not true now.
Cons
Lack of work and management has not pursued further income. Management has checked out and does not care about future of inspectors.
