The managerial role I was offered there was a very good step in my career, Leading a team of four team members was challenging, but great experience .
The mining industy was new industry for me , I learned alot about the business during my time there.
Cons
The war in Sudan have lead to the deduction of employees so I have lost my job there, becuase due the war circumstances the reduced the employees numbers by discarding the commercial departments like the marketing dept.
