Pros

Nothing positive comes from this place

Cons

The owner fails to mention that you do not get paid for overtime. He is a narcissist who screws employees out of commission. He will total demeanor and humiliate individuals in front of staff for his own self glorification. He cheats/cheated on his now ex wife multiple times. He will micro manage at any opportunity, spread lies and again screw employees out of money. During a 3+ year stint of working there the revolving door of people who came in and out of there was at least 50+ people who couldn't deal with this man. He lies to customers, over charges and then screws them out of money when they want to cancel an order. It's unfortunate for the 400+ job applicants do not know the truth until they've invested part of their lives looking for a job, being accepted as an employee only to find out that Phil Wacker is not only a liar but also a racist and a complete psychopath. Don't waste your time working or even applying for a position at what may be the worst possible place to spend a large portion of your life.

Pros

A business that definitely fills needs for Hotels or other business with print needs

Cons

I walked away from an 11 year career at a very large, profitable business for an opportunity I was mislead to believe could be very lucrative. Red flags presented them selves immediately in the interview process when the owner, Phil Wacker, seals you up in his office while smoking no less then half a pack of cigarettes (illegal to smoke indoors in a place of employment by Olathe and Kansas Law). The second red flag was when I asked about compensation, Phil jumped all around that and failed to answer that question. From the day I started I struggled with constant flow of smoke and the very unprofessional manner in which Phil treats staff. He constantly insults, demeans, degrades employees in front of the entire group, and will do so while holding court for 1-2 hours each time. He does that and then has the audacity to berate you for not making 100 calls per day. The final straw for me came when one day, after realizing that he had driven his business completely to the ground, Phil gathered us together and instead of having to lay anyone off (we could receive unemployment or negotiate severance), Phil essentially tried to force us to resign or we could stay but our already measly $22k/yr base salary would be reduced.
