      Great training and support from the CEO and Vice President. A family atmosphere in the office. Old school recruiting, no nonsense Sacrificial investment by the principals Very bright and experienced leadership. Always available.

      Pros

      Excellent compensation, training, mentoring and support. Realistic accomodation between personal and professional life. Enough flexibility to maintain career growth and development and a real life outside the office.

      Cons

      As in any sales environment, there are ups and downs in the revenue (sales) cycle, the benefits could be better, and a more flexible dress code wold be nice.
