Wonderful place to work - Property Manager RCP Management Employee Review

Everything. I love working for RCP. The Executive Staff, Financial Staff and support team are very helpful and are always there to help. I truly enjoy working alongside the entire executive Staff. They are very helpful and will never leave you out to dry. Entire Management team is full of OUTSTANDING community Managers who are extremely knowledgable and professional. There is a staff of exceptional back office and Financial Representatives that will not hesitate to help whenever needed. The office atmosphere is family oriented and there are always smiles and laughter in the office. In the year tht I have been here, I have yet to enter to a hostile environment.
