      Good industry leading training but it all stops after your first 3 months. No development after. No compensation even if you initiate to do a course or certification on your own

      The insurance here is good

      Cons

      Super bad atmosphere at the company. You need to spend a lot of time to earn you director, MD's favor. The politics here is super bad. Pay attention to those who get along well with boss and be careful not to make them unhappy.
