      Once you work there long enough you become less appreciated, won’t work with your availability, and won’t give you the raise you deserve.

      Fantastic people, good tips, good food

      Cons

      Can be hard to get hours sometimes. Basically no benefits, but that is expected as a server.

      There’s a great menu and the location has high potential for study business.

      Cons

      Management seems too concerned with the bottom line to heed the advice or input from employees. There is a lot of miscommunication amongst managers that seems to consistently cause confusion and frustration amongst staff.
