The work life balance is well.

Management is terrible. Training is beyond subpar. No room to allow you to succeed. Will become toxic very fast. Misleading job descriptions. High turnover in certain departments for a reason.

Training program was terrible. No one in the groups we started with had any idea what we were doing months in.
