      Pros

      The team is like a family; really great people to work with. Huge room full of free snacks. Breakfast every Friday. Challenging projects.

      Cons

      Need to better follow Agile or Kanban processes. Can be long hours with weekends. Have to be able to change on a dime. It can be hard to follow long-term roadmaps. The different product teams need to interact better.

      Pros

      Edge of mobile technology. Product #1 in mobile world in office productivity category Very transparent processes and almost flat structure Promotions and compensation growth depends on your contribution

      Cons

      Not Class A office, inconvenient location and not typical form of employment. Hard to hire class A engineers to work in Class C environment
