      Pros

      Very smart, dynamic people who know how to work hard and also play hard together. You will be given a lot of responsibility right off the bat, and though supported throughout you will be expected to rise to the challenge. Great benefits (gym membership, stocked fridge, medical etc.) and great offices.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be tough. As a growing business, there is more work than resources but the pressure to deliver is usually from each member wanting to succeed rather than a top-down demand. Training for new starters (especially for those with little technical experience) is also a bit haphazard but this is in development.

      One of the few AI companies looking outside of their own tech stack to bring the best customer experience and revenue impact to their customer base. While most optimization platforms focus on antiquated and often misleading machine learning strategies, Qubit partners with the best of breed to bring the best personalization offerings to market fast and what is best for the customer.

      Cons

      Qubit has the unique ability to make the important personalization strategies easy while having the agility to make almost anything possible. That level of customization comes with challenges.
