      Pros

      The team rallies together. The schedulers help each other to get the job done. The field team is helpful to new teammates.

      Cons

      Management is the opposite. If you speak up and try to change or improve something, you get ignored. You are forced to do it their way, and their way involves too many unnecessary steps because of committed investors.
