      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and a pretty decent tan. Also the pride you feel when photos come out well.

      Cons

      - 10 hour shifts with one 30 minute break (Breaking labor laws?) - Bi weekly pay; low wages - Can be competitive and strenuous - People were afraid of the boss. Not in a positive way. Gets in the way.

      Pros

      Employees work hard and are very loyal. Very casual and open. Good teamwork and not much politics. Most promotions based on what you accomplished, not who you know.

      Cons

      Industry changes have a negative impact and Kodak not willing to make investments to stay competitive. Qualex not really part of Kodak's strategy
