Pros
Used to be work/life balance, not any more. If you enjoy being transported back to the days when clock cards existed and all that mattered was getting a valid code for your timesheet(s) then this may be the place for you. The money is OK if you can endure and "play the game".
Cons
I could write an essay here but it's already been said in the negative reviews from people who have obviously experienced this hellhole. I've wasted too much of my life at this organisation (if it can be classified as such) without adding to it by reviewing the shambles. Pipeline of work non-existent, higher levels of management clueless (finally got a kicking in this year's employee engagement survey, overdue), people being forced in roles they didn't sign up for by altering their job descriptions rather than having the common courtesy to engage them, endless restructures (meet the new boss, same as the old boss), constant reshuffling of seating (I'd buy shares in the people contracted to move the equipment), a continual battle to just deliver something, anything. I'll stop now. Please, for any prospective employees, talk to someone that's been through this and don't believe either myself (another random voice on the Internet) or the obviously bogus positive reviews peppered with management weasel words and "values" this place purports to embody that infest this website.
