Management have " Favorites " that cannot do anything wrong and when management sees proof of their "So called Favorites" screw up they cover it up and instead of firing them they promote them !?
Morale is so low there !
Doesn't matter if you worked 1 year or 15 years they will come up with BS lame excuse to let you go ?!
Do yourself a favor just don't work there move on go for a walk in the park and enjoy your life instead shortening your life span !
