Pays really well for my position compared to other companies in the area Management is easy to work under Free health insurance Free breakfast on Fridays My direct supervisor is easy to work for Parking at the building Work with a lot of great people

No flexibility or hybrid option There are some people who are allowed to work from home when they chose, but it isn't fair across the board Job security - Company is losing a lot of their centers Minimal company functions Some days can be very slow Morale is low Don't get every Federal holiday off
