Pros

-there are a number of genuinely nice folks who work here -100% remote work, or you can go to the office if you live in Vancouver -there are some systems in place (HR, etc....it's not complete anarchy)

Cons

- like many other tech companies, the sales team here is monetarily incentivized hit targets, however, at Push, this leads to alot of over-promising to a client, to close a deal, often resulting in a ton of additional work & stress being put onto other teams to deliver on these promises and unrealistic timelines. - rollouts and new initiatives (ie. new products, new regions) are often rushed and not properly thought through, which typically leads to significant client friction and internal employee frustration - lots of people being fired for no apparent reason (even those who were high performers and well-loved by clients & peers). Makes those who remain feel like they are walking on eggshells. - the pay & benefits are at the low end of industry standards -the burnout is REAL. Execs & upper management keep trying to squeeze more productivity out of the ICs without providing any additional tools or support. The end result is some people NEED to work overtime, (and depending on the time of year, a LOT of overtime) (uncompensated overtime, to be clear) to hit their KPIs/targets...but at the same time, being told they shouldn't be working any overtime.

Pros

Push is a really fun and rewarding place to work! The leadership team has a strong vision for the future and has created a great culture. Your work is valued, and it’s an exciting stage of the company’s growth. Love it here!

Cons

As with many growing companies, priorities can shift quickly and processes are still evolving. Employees who enjoy a fast paced environment, taking ownership, and making an impact will thrive here. If you crave minimal change, routine and slower paced work environment, you may find it challenging.
