As a growing startup, we recognize that our team members often wears multiple hats. We strive to encourage our team members to ensure a work/ life balance especially with work from home and will be reminding the team again about balancing work with their personal life. Appreciate the reminder ;) As for communication, it's never easy and we strive to be agile and informative except sometimes we get this wrong.
