      Pros

      No such pros. Just work from home but be ready to support for 15-16 hours and support during weekends including both Saturday and Sunday. Highly toxic behaviour of seniors because they take up short deadlines from clients and grill you badly to deliver their projects.

      Cons

      They may pay you high salary but will take away your mental peace very badly.
