I interviewed for PulsePoint earlier this year, after applying. During the interview process, I came across the Lead Recruiter, Riley Peng, whom I really have gotten to enjoy getting to know. Riley was super supportive and candid throughout the entire process, from application to interview, to offer. Her attention-to-detail, transparency, and flexibility really shined throughout the entire process. She even gave me feedback for my upcoming interviews, and called me personally to address any concerns I had, prior to offer. Overall, PulsePoint has a great company culture and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working here. The office is spacious, the co-workers are collaborative, and my manager is supportive in my endeavors. The company provides a lot of room for growth, and I always feel comfortable asking questions, or sharing my wins! The company really values diversity, equity, and inclusion and has a lot of great company culture. I plan to stay here for a while! Overall, Riley is a big-part of the reason I decided to select PulsePoint as my next adventure! I am so glad to work with her and anyone else!
