This means that the eager sponges tend to really excel here, upskilling themselves and rising through the ranks quickly. Most are hired to do menial tasks at first but can quickly move up to bigger and better things. By and large, management is attentive to each and every employee, offering them clears paths upward and honest performance feedback.

Pay is not very competitive, but the benefits and workplace flexibility make up for it. If you are looking for a place to rake in big cash, look elsewhere. But if you value work/life balance and managers who treat you like a real human, you'll sacrifice a little salary for that here.
