Prudential is a great place for programmers to prove themselves and dive head first into their programming career. In my first month I received an award recognizing my hard work on a project and now I present my work regularly to vice presidents. I'm learning new languages all the time and I'm already designing, coding, and deploying my own software. It took a lot of hard work to get here though.
