Pros
Very friendly atmosphere, no noticeable staff turnover (decent amount of people who work here for 10-15 years), skill-based hiring, solid benefits. Most of the positions allow hybrid scheme of work, with only a few visits to the office per month.
Cons
It's not a disadvantage, but rather something to consider: main company's products are very niche, and due to it's specifics some developers might call the job itself a little bit boring. If you're looking for a high-load project with millions of visitors per day, it's not the case.
